This position will be responsible for high-volume invoice processing, vendor communication, payment preparation, and supporting the day-to-day accounts payable function. The organization utilizes AI-enabled invoice processing technology, allowing the AP team to focus less on manual data entry and more on reviewing, coding, and ensuring accuracy throughout the payment process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives in a role with consistent workflow and high transaction volume. Key Responsibilities Process high volumes of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Review and verify invoice information captured by AI-enabled AP software Complete invoice coding and resolve discrepancies as needed Match checks to invoices and prepare payments for mailing Communicate directly with vendors regarding invoices, statements, and payment inquiries Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation Utilize Excel templates to complete invoice allocations Support month-end and beginning-of-month invoice volume increases Assist with ongoing AP process improvements and problem resolution Qualifications Accounts Payable experience preferred Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred Recent graduates with accounting coursework, internship experience, or strong interest in accounting are encouraged to apply Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with AppFolio, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software is a plus Proficient in
