In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining precise financial records, and supporting the overall efficiency of our billing operations. Your energetic approach and meticulous attention to detail will help streamline our invoicing processes, contributing directly to the financial health and transparency of our organization. This shift is Monday through Thursday 12pm-10pm Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end invoice process, including the accurate and timely processing of invoices for multiple locations. Verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments while maintaining strong relationships. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales. Utilize ERP system to manage and create invoices efficiently. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, correspondence, and customer interactions. Office Administration & Support Learn and provide backup coverage for essential office functions, including: Invoicing, Processing credits, Will call and customer pickup processes. Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Take customer orders over the phone and accurately enter them into the ERP system Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years' experience in invoicing preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with implementation or optimization is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and completeness. Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to adopting and implementing new technologies. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of wholesale meat distribution or food service industries is a plus.
