POSITION SUMMARY
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational accounts payable support, reconciling, processing and matching invoices and payments along with researching any discrepancies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Verify and reconcile purchase receipts with invoices Prepare and execute payment runs Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments Prepare reports for internal and external use Assist accounts payable team in process enhancements and automation Maintain electronic files and documentation thoroughly and accurately Other projects or duties as assigned This is a full-time position located in Onalaska, WI, working Monday through Friday.
