Position Summary WWC's Accounts Receivable Specialist maintains complete and systematic records pertaining to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, fixed asset, and general ledger accounts. They will assist with all areas of the accounting process including client invoicing, vendor receipt entry, employee time recordkeeping, employee benefit administration, and general ledger account reconciliation and reporting.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school preferred; 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong organizational skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Possesses proficient accounting knowledge to function independently and collaboratively with staff.
