Overview Leading Grand Rapids Real Estate company is seeking to add a full-time Agent Support Professional. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Agent Support Professional to join our team in delivering exceptional client service within the Real Estate industry. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for clients, providing assistance on real estate listings/closings and agent support. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help ensure smooth operations, compliance adherence, and customer satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop industry knowledge while making a positive impact on clients/agents. Responsibilities Assist clients via phone and digital channels with inquiries related to real estate listings. Maintain accurate data entry records of client interactions, transactions, and compliance documentation using Microsoft Office tools Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly while maintaining high levels of customer service excellence Skills Experience in office administration Be tech savvy and confident; able to learn new software applications quickly. Be a "numbers person"; proficient with complex math calculations Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Be eager to learn and take on new tasks with a "can-do" attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and analysis purposes Support Fremont and Lakeshore offices (Muskegon, Grand Haven, Holland) Ability to travel to various offices
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
