What You'll Do:
Enter and maintain non-financial data accurately, sourced from original documentation. Process updates and revisions to investor and investment non-financial information as needed. Coordinate and/or prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Communicate proactively with clients and GPFS team members to resolve open items, clarify requests, and provide timely status updates. Upload and manage documents, as well as create campaigns within industry-specific online portals, collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper timing and completion. Support and review projects related to client requests or internal operational goals. Develop, organize, and maintain initial CRM data based on original documentation. Extract and input data into standardized templates and internal systems with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and completeness.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field. 0+ years of administrative or other related experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Why GPFS?
