BUDGET ANALYST
(TITLE 32), GS-0560-9, you will perform analytical research of financial da to plan, formule, program, and execute annual opering budgets for the Training Center. Certifies funds and coordines the receipt of funding documention from multiple sources (may include Non-Appropried Funds, NAF). Produces monthly, summary, and quarterly reports on funding programs and allotments for these accounts to the program managers and leadership. Responsible for the budgetary planning and programming timetables for new and modified programs, deployments, mobilizions, exercises, and training events. Coordines with subordine directores and tenant organizions for the evaluion and validion of budget proposals. Completes reconciliion actions as needed. Performs monthly analysis of financed and obliged orders to forecast expenses and provide a narrive explanion of the causes of any variants between the actual and budgeted training objectives. Assures compension is received from other government or civilian entities utilizing the training site for the purpose of training, research and development, or other uses. GENERAL EXPERIENCE
: Must have experience with financial management budget administrion, budget formulion, and budget execution with a high order of analytical ability, providing management oversight and guidance to the budget formulion and execution process, performs work th follows established methods and procedures; using practical knowledge of the operions, procedures, and policies of specific program areas or functional assignments; and problem solving techniques and the ability to communice effectively both orally and in writing.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
GS-09: Do you have least one year of specialized experiences the GS-07 level or the equivalent which provides knowledge and/or experience, educion, or training of finance budget competencies th provided knowledge of financial principles and procedures; candide must have a good understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the Nional Guard financial budget business program requirements; experiences and training th demonstre the abilities to follow directions, to read, retain, and understand a variety of instructions, regulions, policies, and procedures.
