Murray Ford of Starke - Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center is looking for an experienced Automotive Front End / Alignment Technician to join our team. Our Quick Lane is a full-service repair facility that works on all makes and models . We are looking for someone who is comfortable performing alignments, steering and suspension repairs, brakes, tires, and general automotive repair. This is not just an oil-change position . Responsibilities Perform four-wheel alignments Diagnose pulling, tire wear, steering, suspension, and handling concerns Repair steering and suspension components Perform brake repairs Diagnose and repair front-end concerns Mount, balance, and repair tires when needed Perform general automotive repairs and maintenance Complete multipoint inspections and identify needed repairs Work on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles Accurately document repairs and recommendations Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards What We're Looking For Previous automotive repair experience Alignment experience required Strong knowledge of steering and suspension systems Ability to diagnose mechanical front-end concerns Ability to work on multiple makes and models Own basic automotive tools Valid driver's license with clean driving record Dependable and able to work well with advisors and other technicians ASE certifications are a plus but are not required. About the Position Our Quick Lane performs much more than routine maintenance. We handle tires, alignments, brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance, and general repair on a high volume of vehicles. We are looking for a technician who can take ownership of front-end and alignment work, properly diagnose mechanical concerns, and perform quality repairs without needing someone standing over them.
