, you will perform budget formulion work involving preparion of detailed analyses of annual and/or multi-year budget estimes for assigned organizions/programs into a consolided budget request. Analyze and interpret NGB budgetary guidance to provide approprie local budget policy and procedures. Develop budget formulion assumptions, forms organizional requirements for budget submissions. Request, review, analyze, edit, and consolide budget submissions before forwarding to NGB. Develop approprie narrive justificion stements and presention merials for budget submissions, un-funded requirements and programmic changes. Develop detailed programming and justificion and documention for estimes included in the overall ANG Financial Plan, DoD Program Objective Memorandums (POM), and DoD Future Year Defense Programs (FYDP). Make formal presention of the proposed submission to the Financial Manager (FM), commanders, center managers, and resource advisors. Coordines with NGB to appropriely defend estimes, answer specific questions, and provide clarificion. Other duties as assigned.

This position works on a 5/4/9 compressed work schedule th consists of a 5 day workweek, then a 4 day workweek ( 8 nine-hour days and 1 eight-hour day and an SDO, Scheduled Day Off) to complete the 80 hour pay period.
