MANAGEMENT ANALYST-TITLE

32, GS-0343-9, you will review organizional informion regarding inventory management, storage management, equipment coordinion, reports, regulions, and activity mission stements to identify objectives and priorities regarding stock record operions. Conduct troubleshooting and management studies to ascertain the need for changes in existing management systems or methods of operion. Provide management consulting services to improve operions for the ste. Provide liaison assistance to external organizions with responsibility for coordining their activities with the USPFO. Conduct management studies, prepare documents to present findings identifying and recommending corrective action. Perform supervisory and managerial responsibilities of assigned personnel. Define and interpret governing policies, procedures and regulions. Advise management of opering areas risk of not achieving desired performance and recommends corrective actions. Develop opering procedures and instructions. Assign and review work to ensures production and accuracy requirements are met. Effect minor disciplinary measures and recommend actions in more serious cases. Identify developmental and training needs of employees. Improve production and develop performance measures, as needed. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

You must maintain membership in the Kentucky Nional Guard. You must be assigned to a compible military position. Wear of the military uniform. Position may require a pre-employment physical. May be subject to furlough actions. May be required to successfully complete a trial period. Participion in direct deposit is mandory. Must obtain and maintain a favorable adjudicion of a T3 or equivalent investigion. Acceptance of a Federal position may termine a military bonus. Acceptance of a Federal position will termine Tricare Reserve Select (TRS) eligibility. This position is loced on a tobacco free facility. This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968. An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this position. Qualificions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Experience in administrive, professional, investigive, technical or other responsible work which demonstres analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes and principles of management. Experience using computer and automion systems.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

Must have least 24 months experience which has provided a working knowledge of the Nional Guard organizional structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience analyzing, interpreting and developing policies and procedures of local management pertaining to supply management. Experience with resource management programs, fiscal law, budgeting and/or accounting procedures. Experience reviewing, analyzing, and resolving conflicts between local and higher regulions and the division to ensure they meet regulory requirements. Experience properly identifying, maintaining, and protecting official records such as stock records, supply transaction documents, etc.
