As our next Program Management Analyst for NAVAIR, you'll collaborate with talented professionals to create innovative, mission-critical solutions that empower naval aviation and defense operations. Your expertise will help shape cutting-edge systems, enhance national security, and drive technological advancement for our nation. Responsibilities Assist with the management and execution of funding and procurement for the GSSAProvide reports, data calls, and attend meetings as requiredAnalyze financial data, funding statements, and expenditure reportsPrepare reports and projections based on financial data.

Forecast project future expendituresMonitor budgets and compare actual performance against targetsPrepare clear reports, charts, and presentations to guide financial decisionsAbility to perform programmatic analysis (planning, scheduling, workload analysis, risk analysis)Ability to work with project schedules, track tasking, and provide status to leadership and the PMAAbility to coordinate cross-functional teamsEffective communication skills, including ability to develop and present briefing slidesOther duties as assigned Qualifications Current/active DoD Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret, must be a US Citizen.

Familiarization with CSPT, PMT, and ERP5+ years of related work experience.

Bachelor's degree in finance, or accounting (desired) Pay Transparency Statement

is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $65,000.00/Yr. - USD $104,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
