This is an excellent opportunity for professional and personal growth. This position is within the Marketing team and acts as a liaison between the Marketing Department and the Finance Department. Seiko Budget Coordinator Key Responsibilities Daily bookkeeping and maintenance of marketing budget including individual reporting for various business units Ability to plan out financial forecasting and trend reporting Track, input, and report Regional Advertising claims utilizing Ansira software system Preparation of Budget Flash reports, Accruals, and Cash Flow reports for advertising and marketing-related expenses Daily monitoring of budget spending and limits Responsible for monthly reconciliation Submission for all Capital projects including preparation of Capital Expenditures reporting Creation of new skus and purchase orders within internal system Proofing, reviewing, and coding of invoices Processing of chargebacks and rebills Support Marketing and Finance teams with new vendor setups and vendor changes Provide additional financial support to the Marketing & Sales teams Responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end advertising and marketing budget reporting with accuracy Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting with accuracy Ad-Hoc detailed reporting for local and international teams as needed Support internal auditing needs as well as external auditing partner requests To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required 3 to 5 years' experience with a strong financial acumen with knowledge of accounting, cash management, forecasting, and budgeting is required Proficiency with NetSuite software Experience with various ERP systems is a plus High-level expertise and accuracy in Excel is a must Microsoft Office proficiency Working knowledge of Ansira is a plus but not a requirement Excellent project organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and timelines Great communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally with various departments and external partners Ability to travel annually to support sales meetings and brand events is a plus Excellent analytical skills and time-management skills Hybrid work environment within office at Upper Saddle River, NJ location. Range $60 to $65K, commensurate based on experience.
