Analyst Lubbock 45766BR TTU Online Business Operations Position Description Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies. About the Department and/or College Major/Essential Functions Ensure that all accounts end the fiscal year with positive balances. Have detailed knowledge of both Finance, HR, and Payroll Cognos reports. Work with various stakeholders within TTU Online, Texas Tech University, vendors to address finance and administrative issues. Prepare spreadsheets to present financial data. Proficiency in processing the following administrative documents: ePAFs, ePEFs, creating new FOPs, processing budget revision, TechBuy, cost transfers, fund transfer requests, new position/reclassifications, Scholarship Universe, the fleet management system, property management system, and pcard reconciliation. Other projects as assigned by Managing Director and Assistant Director of Finance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in job related field plus one year of related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.
