CFO for Modular Home Construction Company that has raised $75M and plans for an IPO in 2 years - Your job is to prepare the company for an Initial Public Offering and handle all CFO duties.

We are positioned to become one of the industry's leading modular construction companies as we scale manufacturing and expand nationally. We are seeking an exceptional Capital Markets Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. This is not a traditional CFO position. We are looking for someone with exceptional CFO skills and who has successfully completed at least one IPO. Our candidate knows how to build investor confidence while helping transform a high-growth company into a public market success story.

Job Description:

Lead every aspect of our capital markets strategy, including: Lead financings from Seed through growth rounds and ultimately IPO. Develop relationships with investment bankers, institutional investors, analysts, and capital partners. Build sophisticated financial models and long-term capital strategies. Lead due diligence with investors. Help establish governance, financial controls, reporting systems, and investor communications required for becoming a public company. Work directly with the CEO and Board to maximize shareholder value. Build and lead the finance organization as the company scales.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess all of the following: Served as CFO (or equivalent senior finance executive) for a high-growth company. Successfully completed at least one Initial Public Offering (IPO) . Strong relationships with investment banks and institutional investors. Experience with SEC reporting, public company readiness, governance, and financial compliance. Exceptional communication and investor presentation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building companies.
