Chief Financial Officer Casey Trees The chief financial officer is responsible for the fiscal health of the organization, the strategic growth of its philanthropic revenue, and external communications. Reporting to the Executive Director and serving as a senior member of the leadership team, the CFO brings equal discipline and creativity to managing our finances and advancing our fundraising, communications, and donor engagement programs. This integrated role reflects our organizational commitment to aligning resources with mission. The CFO partners closely with the Board, program leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure Casey Trees is financially sustainable, donor-connected, and well-positioned for long-term impact. We are seeking a collaborative, mission-aligned leader who has the breadth to cut across disciplines and is as comfortable analyzing a cash flow forecast as cultivating a major donor relationship as well as initiating a promotional campaign. The CFO oversees finance, human resources, administration, communications and development operations, ensuring these functions operate efficiently, collaboratively, and in alignment with Casey Trees strategic priorities.
