An established multi-entity company operating across retail, hospitality, distribution, manufacturing, and e-commerce is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. This is a hands-on executive role offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy, support business expansion, and drive operational excellence across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities Lead corporate financial strategy and long-term planning. Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, budgeting, tax, compliance, and reporting. Ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities. Partner with executive leadership to improve profitability and cash flow. Lead financial modeling, investment analysis, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives. Manage banking relationships, audits, internal controls, and risk management. Drive ERP implementation and finance process automation. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team. Requirements ✔ Active CPA License (required) ✔ MBA preferred ✔ 15+ years of senior finance leadership experience ✔ Previous experience as CFO, VP Finance or Corporate Controller ✔ Strong background in strategic finance, FP&A, treasury, tax and M&A ✔ Experience in complex multi-entity organizations ✔ Background in retail, hospitality, manufacturing, distribution or consumer goods is an advantage.
