Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Niazee College of Osteopathic Medicine (NCOM) seeks a strategic, experienced, andmission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as the institution's senior financial leader. Reporting to the President/Deanand working closely with executive leadership, the CFO is responsible for overseeing all financial planning, operations, compliance, andfiscal stewardship of the College. This position plays a critical role in supporting NCOM's academic mission, institutional growth,accreditation requirements, and long-term financial sustainability. Responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Financial Planning and Strategic Leadership Responsibility for understandingNCOM's short- and long-term financial interests and accordingly defining and implementing NCOM's financial processes, growth initiatives,and resource allocation. Advise the President/Dean and executive leadership with financial insights and analyses to support majordecisions regarding capital projects, new academic programs, research initiatives, and clinical partnerships. Define and manage theCollege's short- and long-term financial plans and actions, including capital budgets, operating budgets, and financial forecasts andreports. Financial Operations Oversee all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with federaland state regulations, COCA-related accreditation and financial requirements, US GAAP, and other applicable regulatorystandards. Ensure timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and tax filings for institutional stakeholders, accreditingbodies (including COCA, IBHE, and HLC), and governmental agencies. Manage the College's debt, investments, and treasury functions tosafeguard institutional assets and support responsible financial performance. Lead the financial management of all revenue streams,including tuition and fees, donations, grants, and clinical revenue. Support NCOM's development, grants, and fundraising initiativesto ensure compliance with applicable regulations and reporting requirements. Support the financial aid office, ensuring compliancewith applicable regulations and effective administration of student aid programs. Maintain internal financial controls to protectNCOM against fraud, waste, and financial mismanagement. To succeed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), youshould have: Education Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. Master's degree (MBA,MHA, or related field) strongly preferred. Certification and Skills Certified Public Accountant (CPA)strongly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financialreporting. Experience with major financial and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Experience Minimum of ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible experience in financial management, including significantsenior-level experience as a CFO or senior financial officer.

Education Expertise Significant experience managing finances in a complex organizational environment, preferably within academic medicine or highereducation. Experience supporting or managing finances for a medical school is a significant asset.
