Position Overview:
VALT Enterprizes, Inc. is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide executive financial leadership and help guide the company through its continued growth across defense, research and development (R& D), and commercial aerospace markets. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the CFO will lead VALT's financial strategy, planning, and financial management functions while developing the scalable financial systems, controls, and capabilities needed to support increasingly complex customer programs and business operations. Serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership, the CFO will provide financial insight and guidance to inform business decisions, strengthen financial performance, manage financial and contractual risk, and support long-term growth. The CFO will oversee financial planning and analysis, cash flow, financial reporting, program finance, government contract accounting, and direct and indirect cost management while partnering across the organization to ensure VALT maintains the financial discipline and infrastructure necessary to successfully operate and scale within the aerospace and defense industry.
