$150,000 – $180,000 Base Salary + Benefits About the Opportunity Our client, a growing healthcare organization in the Columbus, Ohio area, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance leader who thrives in a mission-driven healthcare environment and is passionate about driving financial performance, operational excellence, and long-term organizational growth. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic guidance to executive leadership, and ensure the organization's financial health while supporting quality patient care and continued expansion. Key Responsibilities Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors. Oversee accounting, treasury, revenue cycle, payroll, audit, tax, and compliance functions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, reimbursement requirements, and financial reporting standards. Monitor key performance indicators and drive operational improvements. Manage cash flow, capital planning, and investment strategies. Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Partner with operational leaders to support growth initiatives, acquisitions, and strategic projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA, MBA, or other advanced financial credential preferred. 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior-level healthcare finance experience. Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, regulatory compliance, and financial operations. Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational performance. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Why This Opportunity?
