Chief Financial Officer

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations with energy and precision. The CFO will drive fiscal management, oversee financial planning, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the financial future of a mission-driven organization committed to making a meaningful difference. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including long-term planning and risk management. Direct the fiscal functions of the Agency in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulatory and advisory organizations Supervise and coordinate the fiscal operations of the agency including purchasing, accounting, and payroll. Lead financial analysis efforts—interpreting financial statements, conducting profit & loss reviews, and developing financial projection models for strategic decision-making. Supervise budgeting processes, expense control initiatives, and cost management strategies to promote fiscal responsibility. Requirements Master 's degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred with ten (10) to fifteen (15) years relevant experience as a leader and financial executive with appropriate industry experience, preferably non-profit accounting, including experience in general ledger, financial reporting, and payroll with progressive levels of responsibility; minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience; computer literacy with various hardware and software issues, experience with cost/benefit analysis for contract negotiations; or equivalent education, training and experience, acceptable financial and criminal background check Please send resume and salary requirements.
