The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven CFO, VP Finance or senior financial leadership experience Roofing, construction, specialty contracting or homebuilding experience strongly preferred Strong P&L and operational finance experience Deep understanding of job costing, WIP, backlog, labor, materials and construction margins. COMPENSATION, We are prepared to pay for exceptional talent. Competitive executive base salary + performance bonus + profit sharing + benefits. For the right long-term executive, there is an opportunity for equity participation tied to performance, growth and value creation. THE OPPORTUNITY, If you're looking for a position where your primary responsibility is closing the books and producing financial statements, this probably isn't the right role.
