Ideal for finance leaders with law firm, legal services, or professional services experience — particularly contingency-fee or plaintiff's practice backgrounds. The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a key member of the firm's leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including case cost management, settlement/receivables tracking, trust accounting (IOLTA compliance), budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy. This role requires deep fluency in law firm economics and trust accounting — particularly the unique cash-flow dynamics of contingency-fee-based personal injury practice — combined with traditional CFO expertise. Unlimited opportunities for growth and advancement. 9 additional paid holidays. Team outings and sponsored events. 401K.
