full-time I'm working on a Controller search that I think is especially compelling for someone who wants more than just another Controller title. This is a $25M engineering / construction management firm in Dallas with a strong reputation, a tight-knit leadership team, and a very clear succession plan. The opportunity? ???? Come in as Controller ???? Work directly with ownership and executive leadership ???? Help shape the company's growth strategy ???? Learn the business alongside the current CFO ???? Position yourself to eventually step into the CFO seat ???? Potential path to ownership This is not a situation where someone is being thrown into the deep end. The current CFO plans to remain involved on a part-time basis to help ensure a smooth transition and set the next finance leader up for success.
