Director of Finance / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Position Summary The Director of Finance / Chief Financial Officer serves as a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for the overall financial health of the company. This position provides strategic financial leadership and hands-on oversight of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, construction accounting, payroll, compliance, risk management, and team leadership. Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic financial leadership and partner with ownership on planning and growth.
  • Oversee accounting, AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Manage construction accounting including job costing, WIP schedules, progress billings, and contract schedules.
  • Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Manage banking relationships, insurance, risk management, audits, and tax coordination.
  • Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and develop accounting staff and collaborate with project managers. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
  • Minimum Three years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
  • Construction accounting experience preferred.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software. Core Competencies

Pay:
$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
