Treasurer / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Board Position

REMOTE OR IN PERSON

Bully Talk Inc. is a nonprofit organization seeking a reliable and financially knowledgeable Treasurer/CFO to serve as a member of our Board of Directors and provide ongoing financial oversight for the organization. This is a paid per diem board position . Compensation is provided based on approved meetings, assignments, or financial work completed for the organization.

Basic Responsibilities:

Review Bully Talk Inc.'s bank activity and financial records each month. Track organizational income, donations, grants, sponsorships, and expenses. Prepare a simple monthly Treasurer's Report for the CEO and Board. Help monitor the organization's budget, cash flow, and available funds. Maintain organized financial documentation, receipts, and financial records. Assist with preparing financial information for annual nonprofit tax filings, audits, or an outside accountant/tax professional. Help ensure nonprofit funds are being used appropriately and according to organizational policies. Provide basic financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors. Participate in nonprofit financial planning as Bully Talk Inc. continues to grow.

Board & Meeting Commitment:

Serve as an official member of the Bully Talk Inc. Board of Directors. Complete basic Treasurer/CFO responsibilities on a month-to-month basis . Participate in a monthly financial check-in or update . Attend official quarterly Board of Directors meetings . Additional meetings may be scheduled when important financial matters require Board review.

Compensation:

This is a paid per diem position . Compensation will be provided according to Bully Talk Inc.'s approved board compensation structure and available nonprofit funding.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, budgeting, business administration, or nonprofit financial management is preferred. Previous nonprofit or board experience is helpful but not required. The Treasurer/CFO will play an important role in helping Bully Talk Inc. maintain transparent, responsible, and organized financial practices while supporting the organization's continued growth.
