Job Description
The Interim CFO serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders, providing leadership on financial performance, cash flow, business risks, and strategic priorities. This executive will oversee financial planning, forecasting, reporting, liquidity management, and governance while supporting business growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings strong business and financial leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading organizational transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations (SAP preferred). They will partner across the organization to drive operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and mitigate financial and transformation-related risks. Key Qualifications Prior CFO, Interim CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent senior finance leadership experience. Strong business and operational acumen with the ability to influence executive and board-level decisions. Experience leading ERP implementation and transformation initiatives; SAP experience preferred. Expertise in financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, performance reporting, and risk management.
