Summary:

The Claims Resolution Specialist is responsible for reviewing, processing, adjudicating, and resolving healthcare insurance claims in accordance with plan benefits, contractual agreements, regulatory requirements, and company policies. This role ensures accurate and timely claim payments, investigates claim discrepancies, and collaborates with providers, members, and internal departments to resolve claim-related issues.
