Job Description
Join Our Negotiations Team A busy and established Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Settlement Negotiator to join our Sacramento office. This is a full-time, in-office position and is not remote . The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in personal injury claims, settlement negotiations, and medical lien resolution . Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, mathematically proficient, technologically capable, and able to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, insurance carriers, medical providers, and others. The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team is essential. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Insurance adjusters and individuals with prior insurance claims experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Your experience evaluating claims, negotiating settlements, and communicating with insurance carriers can be highly valuable in this role. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00
