What You'll Do:
As a Case Analyst, you'll manage and analyze complex claims involving 1st and 3rd party property damage and bodily injury. You'll evaluate case details, draft and organize demand packages, and use your negotiation skills to help achieve fair resolutions for clients. This role requires applying knowledge of tort law, medical terminology, and liability principles while keeping cases on track and clients informed.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate, analyze, and manage property damage and bodily injury claims Review, organize, and assess demand packages and supporting documentation Apply knowledge of tort law and liability principles to case strategy Communicate clearly with clients, adjusters, and involved parties Negotiate claims and settlements to ensure fair results Maintain accurate, organized case files
What You Bring:
