Working with the Child and Adult Care Food Program, state grants and federal funding, this position involves reviewing, auditing, scanning and filing documents from child care centers for food program reimbursements. Responsibilities Become knowledgeable of requirements of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) for meals and snacks. Assist with the processing and data entry in Excel worksheets of monthly documentation submitted by centers. Provide technical assistance to CACFP participants as needed. Ability to understand grocery receipts and basic payroll information. Knowledge of sales tax differences, such as food and non-food. Ability to reconcile each center's expenditures with the reimbursements to ensure non-profit food service balance for each center. Provide support for data entry, scanning, filing, copying and other duties as needed. Maintain meticulous records through data entry, filing, and clerical tasks using Microsoft Office tools to support accurate reporting and audit readiness. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and professionally
