Xactimate Estimator / Insurance Negotiator•Water Restoration Salary $23-27 per hour•salary based on experience

Schedule:

In-person 8AM•5PM, Monday•Friday Roto-Rooter is looking for an experienced Xactimate Estimator / Insurance Negotiator to join our thriving water restoration team. Ideal candidate will be an experienced water restoration professional with a strong understanding of Xactimate and insurance claims.

You have:

2+ years of Xactimate experience — required Experience working with insurance adjusters and claims Strong knowledge of water restoration scopes and estimating Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple estimates and claims A professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

IICRC & WRT

certification preferred What You'll Do Create accurate and detailed Xactimate estimates for water restoration projects Review job documentation, photos, moisture information, and project scopes Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding estimates and claim scope Negotiate pricing, scope changes, supplements, and disputed items Follow up with insurance companies to keep claims moving Prepare and submit supplements when needed Maintain accurate and organized claim documentation Work closely with project managers, technicians, and office staff Ensure estimates and supplements are completed and submitted on time What We Offer Consistent weekday schedule Opportunity to grow with an established water restoration team Health, Dental & Vision Benefits Paid time off If you have 2+ years of Xactimate experience and know water restoration and insurance claims, we want to hear from you.
