The position is full-time, direct hire. This is fully in-office and can be located in Chicago or Los Angeles.

Required Qualifications:

1+ year insurance experience with a general knowledge of workers' compensation insurance Experience with set up and assignment of new claims Determine coverage, investigate the claim, including call insured and claimant Bilingual - read, write, speak

Spanish Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Guidewire and/or ClaimsCenter Bachelor's Degree
