This role is pivotal in managing the insurance claims process from start to finish, providing our clients with timely, accurate, and empathetic support. Responsibilities Evaluate and investigate insurance claims to determine the extent of the company's liability. Interact with policyholders, claimants, and witnesses to gather pertinent claim information. Negotiate claim settlements and authorize payments within a prescribed limit. Identify and recommend referral opportunities to investigative bodies when potential fraud is suspected. Maintain accurate records and reports regarding claim status and other metrics for internal audits. Work collaboratively with underwriting, risk management, and other departments to optimize and streamline claims processes. Provide exemplary customer service, guiding clients through the claim process with empathy and professionalism. Required Skills Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using claims management software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the legal and regulatory guidelines in the insurance industry.
