Month Contract What We're Looking For:

✅ 5+ years of General Liability claims handling experience ✅ Experience managing complex and litigated claims ✅ Strong background in claim investigation, evaluation, and settlement negotiations ✅ Knowledge of reserve management and subrogation/recovery processes ✅ Ability to work independently while maintaining strong client and claimant relationships ✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and analyze General Liability claims to determine exposure and liability. Manage claims through timely and effective resolution strategies. Establish and maintain claim reserves throughout the life of the claim. Negotiate settlements within authority limits. Coordinate litigation activities with defense counsel and vendors. Identify and pursue subrogation and recovery opportunities. Ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and client communication. Provide timely updates and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
