Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Take your expertise in behavior analysis and psychology to the next level by supporting students' growth and development during the 2026-2027 school year. Multiple opportunities are available for skilled professionals ready to make a difference in educational settings located near Eden Prairie, MN. Contracts will run from September 2026 through June 2027, with both full-year and leave-coverage positions available across different centers. What You Need to

Succeed:

Advanced degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or closely related field Current and valid MN Special Education Teaching License, School Social Worker License, or School Psychologist License issued by the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials—either already obtained or in progress Strong background in working with children and adolescents in educational environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams Adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students

Responsibilities Include:

Providing direct behavior intervention and support to students, individually and in groups Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing intervention plans Consulting with educators and staff on behavior management strategies and evidence-based practices Collaborating with families and community providers to support students' academic and behavioral success Collecting and interpreting data to inform interventions and track progress Participating in student support meetings and professional development initiatives You will be part of a passionate community focused on student well-being, enjoy a collaborative work culture, and develop your skills alongside experienced professionals.
