About CRS Collateral Recovery Solutions (CRS) is a professional asset recovery company serving North Carolina, South Carolina, and New Jersey. Since 2005, we have built our reputation on compliance, integrity, and results. We are seeking motivated, professional, and self-driven individuals to join our growing recovery team. Position Summary As a Repossession Agent, you will be responsible for locating, securing, and recovering collateral on behalf of financial institutions, lenders, and forwarding companies. Utilizing industry-leading technology, investigative techniques, and field intelligence, you will play a critical role in protecting our clients' assets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance. Responsibilities Locate and recover assigned collateral. Utilize company technology, skip tracing resources, and field intelligence to identify vehicle locations. Safely secure and transport recovered collateral. Conduct field investigations and address verifications when necessary. Complete account documentation, condition reports, and status updates. Maintain communication with dispatch and management throughout the recovery process. Represent CRS professionally when interacting with customers, clients, law enforcement, and the public. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and legal requirements. Qualifications Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field. Basic smartphone and computer proficiency. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends. Preferred Experience Repossession, towing, transport, or investigative experience. Experience operating flatbeds, wreckers, or recovery equipment. Skip tracing experience. Familiarity with platforms such as RDN, Clearplan, or MBSI. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
