Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate insurance claims Review policy coverage, determine liability, and settle claims in a timely manner Communicate effectively with policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties Document all claim activities and ensure accurate records are maintained Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient claim resolution Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders throughout the claims process Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations Continuously seek opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in claims adjusting
Qualifications:
2 years experience in claims adjusting Strong knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills, written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in using claims management software and tools Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service Relevant certifications or licenses in claims adjusting preferred
