Job Description
. Seeking 5+ years experience examining and analyzing complex claims related to environmental health hazards, toxic tort, asbestos, construction defect, complex GL, or similar.
Shall:
- Handle complex claims with higher exposure and severity.
- Investigate, analyze, review, and resolve claims.
- Analyze policies to identify issues and extent of coverage.
- Review coverage and loss notices.
- Establish, investigate, analyze, and evaluate reserves
- Evaluate liability and damages.
- Assist with developing strategies for claims handling and litigation.
Salary to $115,000 with end of year bonus potential, company covered competitive benefits package including full medical, dental and vision plans.
