Job Description
Primary Purpose of job:
This position will assist claims adjusters with administrator tasks associated with occupational injury claims. It will administer the occupational clinic offerings, handle fully insured claims, and provide other administrative support to the claim adjusters.
Major Functions:
1. Coordination with TPA and fully insured claims for RSN states and new markets.- 35% a.
- 20% 3. Provide department extensive support for OSHA reporting.

- 15% 5. Administer QuikTrip's occ/injury clinic master list. Provide clinic oversight by contacting them about service issues, chain of custody form issues and general communication issues. Remove noncompliant clinics from list as needed.
- 5% of total job 6. Departmental backup, including backup telephone coverage for Claims Adjusters.

The required specifications (education, experience, and skills) are those that the employee must have to hold the position. The desired specifications are those that are not required for the employee to hold the position, but the employee should try to obtain the desired education, experience, and/or skills to be effective and successful in the position. Required education: High school graduate or equivalent. Desired education: Associates insurance degree as well as Workers' Compensation or State Multi-line Adjuster's license. Required experience: 2 years hands-on experience in claims environment. Desired experience: 4 years' experience as a claims assistant in claims environment or 2+ years handling Med Only claims. Required skills: Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, strong organizational, and oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in fast paced environment and multi-task. Desired skills: Working knowledge of QuikTrip's claims management system and HCM.Starting Salary:
$31.34- $34.
