Job Summary Our client is seeking a Revenue Specialist to manage healthcare insurance claims. This position involves claims research, payer communication, account resolution, and maintaining accurate records using various software tools. Key Responsibilities Conduct claims research and investigation to analyze outstanding or denied claims. Navigate online payer portals to verify claim statuses and submit appeals. Communicate directly with insurance companies to resolve claim discrepancies. Execute problem-solving for complex claim disputes beyond standard procedures. Maintain accurate documentation in billing databases, utilizing Microsoft Office applications. Integrate internal software platforms and AI tools in daily workflows. Engage in training and rapidly achieve proficiency within 90 days. Collaborate effectively with team members and escalate unresolved issues as needed. Qualifications Prior experience in medical collections, billing, or claims processing. Proficiency in navigating online insurance payer portals. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to learn quickly and achieve proficiency within 90 days. Skills Experience in medical claims processing and resolution. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Adaptability and initiative in learning new systems and procedures.

Additional Requirements Workdays:

Monday through Friday 8-hour shift with a 30-minute lunch, totaling 8.5 hours on-duty. Flexible start between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM EST; consistent schedule required upon start.
