Hybrid - Work From Home + Driving Role 🚗🏡 What We're Looking For ✅ Adjuster experience preferred, but not required 🛠️ Open to candidates with restoration, roofing, customer service, or retail experience 🗣️ Strong communication and problem‑solving skills 🚙 Ability to work independently and travel for inspections Secondary (High School) Diploma. College degree preferred. Good attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently Strong computer skills (MS Office/Outlook/Excel, Etc) Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to handle challenging situations and people. Minimum 6 months relevant work experience. Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check. This is a remote/work from home position. Stooping kneeling, crouching, crawling, standing, sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, is relative to office files, etc.. Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word is required, as well as the ability to convey detailed/important instructions in an accurate manner. Ability to frequently talk or hear on a telephone and receive detailed information through oral communication is required. Exertion up to 20 pounds of force is occasionally required and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects Visual activity requirements are those of Clerical Administrative. This is a minimum standard for use with those whose work deals largely with preparing and analyzing data and figures, accounting, computer terminal, extensive reading, operation of machines, and using measurement devices. #LI-JC3 #LI-Hybrid Complete physical inventory of the contents impacted by the covered loss. Identify claim type and apply appropriate methodology based on the circumstances of the contents loss. May be exposed to diverse conditions (cold, heat, rain, debris, etc.). Ensure consistent and quality/turnaround of all claims in accordance with the Company's productivity and performance standards and our client's SLA requirements. Complete/submit detailed work/time logs on a daily basis, for all claims processed. Maintain claim related notes in the Company's Claims System/Web-application, exclaim, relating to incurred hours over productivity standards, as well as related to specific issues and other pertinent notes. Maintains professional and technical knowledge through continuing education. Consistently promote edjuster's brand, image and reputation in a professional and positive manner. Upholds the Crawford Code of Business Conduct at all times.
