Remote Field Property Adjuster
- Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

Preferred Experience:
Residential property claims handling Writing and reviewing Xactimate repair estimates First-party homeowner claims investigations Coverage analysis and damage assessment Negotiating claim settlements and managing complex losses Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills Prior field adjusting experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth market preferred Key Responsibilities- Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on the most complex 1st party homeowner losses of all severities
- Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers
- Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
- Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files
- Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training
- Recommends process improvements Supervisory Responsibilities

Sign On Bonus:
You may be eligible for a $1,000 Licensing Sign on Bonus if you have the applicable active licenses needed for this role. This could include Home Resident Property & Casualty License, Designated Home State (DHS) Florida or Texas License, and/or applicable Appraiser License.- Current employees or candidates who have previously worked for Allstate, including its family of companies, are not eligible for this sign-on bonus.
- As a requirement of employment, individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment.
- $111,550 annually. And is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role. Joining our team isn't just a job
