Our Office. Your Claims. We are looking for an experienced Public Adjuster who wants to build and manage their own book of business without having to build an entire company around themselves. This is a commission-based opportunity designed for an experienced adjuster who knows how to generate business, build relationships, meet with clients, and manage claims. You focus on the clients and the business. We handle the office. Our goal is to give you the infrastructure and support you need to spend your time doing what actually makes you money: generating business and managing relationships. Compensation & Growth 50% commission on each claim $50 paid for every claim when the first insurance payment is received No salary during the initial six-month period Leads and prospects may be provided based on performance and availability No commission cap Higher compensation may be considered for candidates with strong Xactimate estimating skills Six-Month Performance Review This position is designed to have an opportunity for advancement. After six months , your performance will be reviewed based on factors including: Production Claims generated Business development Client retention and satisfaction Claim management Reliability and professionalism Contribution to company growth Based on performance, a salary-based compensation package and promotion to Managing Public Adjuster may be considered. This is an opportunity to grow into a larger role within the company rather than simply remain a commission-based adjuster indefinitely. Your ResponsibilitiesGenerate Business You are expected to generate approximately 2-5 new claims per month through your own business development, relationships, networking, and prospecting. You are expected to maintain an active pipeline. When your pipeline is not producing enough opportunities to maintain your expected production, you will be expected to actively prospect on a weekly basis.
Prospecting may include:
Networking Developing relationships with contractors Soliciting referrals from insurance agents Building relationships with realtors Networking with real estate investors Developing other referral relationships Other legitimate business-development activities Company-generated leads and prospects may also be provided based on performance and availability. Manage Your Clients You will be the primary face of the company for your clients.
Your responsibilities include:
Attend all appointments and inspections for your clients Meet with clients, contractors, inspectors, and insurance representatives as necessary Build and maintain strong client relationships Keep your client files and claim information updated in the company CRM Be available daily for client calls and texts when necessary Take ownership of the client experience throughout the claim We Handle the Office You should not have to spend your day chasing paperwork or monitoring insurance company emails. Our office will handle the administrative side of your claims, including: Back-end claim monitoring Following up with insurance companies Tracking claim activity and payments Client update communications Administrative claim management Supporting the claims process behind the scenes You will still be expected to maintain accurate and current information in your client files, but we don't expect you to spend your time doing office work that our team can handle for you. That's part of the value we bring. Be Self-Directed We expect experienced adjusters to be productive without constant oversight. You will have the freedom to manage your schedule and relationships, but you are expected to: Maintain your production Maintain your pipeline Attend your appointments Stay engaged with your clients Keep your files updated Communicate when something requires attention Follow through on your responsibilities There will be one required weekly company meeting to review business, claims, opportunities, and anything requiring attention. Estimating You are not required to write your own Xactimate estimates. Our company can handle the estimating side of the operation. However, strong Xactimate knowledge and the ability to independently write estimates is a significant advantage. Candidates with strong estimating capabilities may be considered for a higher compensation package. You should still understand property claim estimating well enough to recognize issues, review estimates, and communicate effectively with carriers and contractors. What You Are Responsible For This is initially an independent contractor / commission-based opportunity.

Generating your own business Maintaining your business pipeline Weekly prospecting when necessary Attending client appointments and inspections Managing your client relationships Keeping your client files updated Being available to your clients Your own vehicle and normal transportation expenses Your own insurance and benefits We do not provide health insurance or other employee benefits during the initial commission-based period. We will cover roof reports and other necessary job-related expenses as they arise when appropriate to the claim. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has experience as a Public Adjuster Holds the appropriate licensing Has an existing book of business, referral network, or demonstrated ability to generate business Can consistently generate 2-5 claims per month Is comfortable networking and prospecting Can work independently without being micromanaged Is comfortable meeting clients and attending inspections Understands property insurance claims Has strong communication and relationship-building skills Is responsive and professional Takes ownership of their clients Wants an opportunity to grow into a leadership position This Isn't Just Another PA Job If you're an experienced adjuster, you already know how much time can get eaten up by the office side of the business.
