The Fraud Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the bank's fraud prevention and detection efforts across multiple payment channels, including real-time and instant payments (Zelle, RTP, FedNow), checks, and electronic banking transactions. This role overseas fraud strategy, monitoring and resolution - including e-Disputes system and case management - while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
