Job Description

We are currently seeking a Total Loss Adjuster within our claims department in San Antonio, TX. The Total Loss Adjuster is responsible to guide customers through the claim process to ensure award class claim experience Essential Duties and Responsibilities Interpret the insurance policy and determine if coverage is afforded Ensure we fulfill our obligations to the policy holder Offer customer service to both our internal and external customer Investigate losses to determine cause, scope, and extent of damages and/or liability Identify, configure and properly evaluate the loss vehicle value Handle conflict resolution Follow all directives, policies, and procedures set by Fred Loya Insurance Comply with claim handling procedures and best practices Issue claim payments on a timely basis Other duties as assigned by management and as needed Qualifications/Requirements Ability to work independently, yet collaborate with others Planning and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Able to analyze, explore, and evaluate information Have strong customer service background Able to work flexible hours World-class customer service and communication skills required within a team environment Must be able to pass State background check High School Diploma/GED We are an Equal Opportunity Employer Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, protects applicants and employees from discrimination in hiring, promotion, discharge, pay, fringe benefits, job training, classification, referral and other aspects of employment, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, disability, age, sex, genetics or veteran status. #
