In this role, you'll play a key part in managing claim details and delivering exceptional service. What You'll Do:
Conduct investigations and assessments to determine claim compensability. Work closely with injured workers to guide them through the claims process. Collect, review, and maintain proper documentation and records.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

Range:
