Employment & Housing Case Manager Supervisor Aim Community Services, Inc. Spokane, WA Full-Time | Hourly Join Our Leadership Team Aim Community Services is seeking an organized, motivated, and people-focused Employment & Housing Case Manager Supervisor to lead our Employment and Housing Case Management team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys developing employees, creating accountability, improving programs, and helping individuals achieve greater stability through employment and housing services. The Employment & Housing Case Manager Supervisor leads a team of Case Managers while overseeing service quality, documentation, program operations, client outcomes, and community partnerships. What You'll Do Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to Employment & Housing Case Managers. Conduct regular employee one-on-ones, case consultations, and performance reviews. Complete daily Case Manager check-ins and provide support with barriers or complex cases. Monitor authorizations, documentation, service delivery, deadlines, and staff caseloads. Complete documentation and chart audits and follow up on identified corrections. Maintain program trackers and monitor client and program outcomes. Support staff with crisis intervention and service coordination. Identify employee training needs and provide ongoing coaching and development. Build relationships with employers, landlords, housing authorities, workforce partners, and community resources. Ensure compliance with agency requirements, funding requirements, and applicable regulations. Support Medicaid billing documentation and reporting when applicable. Participate in leadership meetings, quality assurance activities, and program improvement projects. The position also serves as a resource and escalation point for complex client cases while promoting a strengths-based and client-centered approach to services. Staff Leadership Operations & Organization Quality & Compliance Staff Development Professional Leadership This provides supervisors with a clear pathway to strengthen their leadership skills, receive meaningful feedback, demonstrate measurable growth, and be recognized for sustained performance. Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field ; bachelor's degree preferred. At least 1 year of experience in case management, housing support, employment services, or a related field. Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of housing resources, employment programs, and supportive services in Washington State. Ability to provide clear feedback, hold employees accountable, and support professional development. Ability to independently organize priorities and meet deadlines. Valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation. Ability to successfully complete required background checks. Preferred Qualifications Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Experience supporting individuals experiencing housing instability, unemployment, or mental health challenges. Familiarity with Medicaid billing and documentation; training can be provided. Peer Counseling certification or ability to obtain certification is preferred but not required. Pay:
