Job Description
As the global regulatory framework shifts and AI changes the way we work, Regulatory Affairs is transforming how we execute our mission at scale. We are seeking a lawyer with experience in regulatory engagement or defense, and a passion for leveraging AI and agentic solutions to lead our new Standards, Operations, and Scaled Resolution team. In this role, you will sit at the critical center of legal advisory work, operational innovation, and matter execution. You will lead a high-performing team of tech-forward Program Managers (PgMs) and advise on how we leverage AI to scale our matter management and execution safely, ensuring that our shift toward automated, human-in-the-loop regulatory workflows is legally sound and defensible. Responsibilities Lead the new Standards, Operations, and Scaled Resolution team, advising on the long-term strategic roadmap to maintain unparalleled investigative integrity amidst rapid organizational and technological scaling. Oversee the strategic execution of certain matters and processes across Regulatory Affairs, advising on the development of highly efficient, AI-forward workflows and supporting technical solutions. Forge high-impact partnerships with leaders across RA and Alphabet to unify and harmonize relevant protocols, ensuring a cohesive, resilient, and standardized global program.
