Overview The Compliance Engineer is responsible for leading SnapNrack's regulatory compliance, certification and product approval activities. The role owns compliance strategy throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring products are designed, tested, certified and maintained in accordance with applicable codes, standards and regulatory requirements while supporting long-term product commercialization. Primary Responsibilities Develop and execute certification strategies for new and existing products including UL, Intertek, ICC and regional compliance programs. Proactively monitor changes to codes, standards and certification requirements, translating new requirements into engineering actions. Integrate compliance planning into Product Development to ensure certification requirements are addressed early in the design process. Coordinate external testing laboratories, certification agencies and engineering consultants while managing certification schedules and technical documentation. Maintain approved module lists, certification records, engineering documentation and regulatory change management. Partner with Technical Engineering and Application Engineering to interpret compliance requirements for customer applications. Support Sales and Customer Care with compliance documentation, customer inquiries and technical product approvals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline. 5+ years supporting product compliance, testing or certification. Experience working with UL, Intertek or similar certification organizations. Strong project management, technical communication and analytical skills. Success Measures Timely completion of certification projects. Accurate certification documentation. Reduced certification cycle time. Zero certification lapses. Improved compliance readiness across the portfolio.
