full-time We are seeking experienced Pod Leads to oversee large teams supporting a major Financial Crimes Compliance initiative. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing investigators, driving productivity, ensuring quality standards are met, and serving as the primary point of escalation for complex compliance matters. Responsibilities Lead and supervise teams of investigators and senior investigators. Manage team performance, productivity, attendance, and workload distribution. Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews. Review investigations, escalations, and case decisions. Monitor aged cases and drive timely resolution of investigations. Facilitate calibration sessions, team meetings, and operational reviews. Perform quality reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members. Analyze quality control findings and identify root causes. Prepare reporting, metrics, status updates, and project deliverables. Foster a positive and high-performing team environment. Required Qualifications 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. 5+ years of AML, Financial Crimes, Compliance, Risk, or investigative experience. Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, KYC, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity investigations. Experience making escalation decisions and recommending SAR filings. Strong analytical and investigative skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. Excellent written communication and documentation skills. Ability to identify and assess financial crime red flags and suspicious activity patterns. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications CAMS, CFE, or similar certifications. Experience managing large operational teams. Financial services or shared services environment experience. The salary range for this position is 55 to 60.
